Has anyone used the /slipstream option to merge all the updates after SP3 and build an image with nLite?

I just tried autopatcher /log /verbose /splipstream:c:\xp\cd-root and it appeared to run the detection on the local machine and install instead of merging into the directory to build the share. I couldn't even find a log file.

Autopatcher version shows as 5.6.100.

try this, instead:
first of all, you need copy the entire windows cd to an desired folder, d:\final , not only the i386 folder.

then, run autopatcher with autopatcher.exe /nolicense /slipstream:d:\final

issue: autopatcher only does slipstream for the modules that has an option to it. this isn't the case of msie, wmp and .net. with nlite, you can slipstream several of those easily. also, another major issue: autopatcher doesn't have an routine to compress the result of the slipstream, meaning that the result of that slipstream could be larger than an cd. the good thing is that also the files aren't compressed, the install of it could happen faster in slow machines

I had already copied the entire CD so that is not the issue.

I just tried with the /nolicense and that seems to be the key switch to make /slipstream work.
