Hi. I speak language different than one of these supported by Autopatcher but I'd like to use it. Is it possible to install english version of xp and MUI with my local language and than update it with Autopatcher (english version of update)?

no. certain updates will work anyway, but it will damage your windows. also, the major part of the updates will not be applied, because ms has built-in an detection for the original OS language, doesn't matter if you have an MUI pack applied or not
