Can I get Written, vendor, permission to install and use this software on US Government computers? Thanks

my friend, autopatcher is free to be used at your disposal. if i'm not mistaken, that is written in our own eula. an written statement about that can be given, but it may be an problem, since right now anyone of us can be pointed as lead of the project. also, we aren't even at the same country. Frank (owner of the host) is from US, Domenico (vista/seven and xp ITA) is from Italy, Antony (developer) is from Russia and me, from Brazil

right now, antonis kaladis is one of those that once started this project, but just that. the project himself started with him and some others, but it's not limited to them. no one of us never will charge for any part of our work, it is done by free will only

by the way: i work for the local government and we also run autopatcher in there
