Fields update in Module Editor

Kob's Photo Kob 10 Sep 2010

Hello,

If I open a file in Module Editor V.5.6 that contains registry/File detection properties, and then I open another file which lacks any properties, the old properties are still shown in the editor fields. Need to change the Editor code such that each file load would clear those fields.

to be honest with you, i don't run the module editor since many years ago. instead, i think that is far more easy open the modules with notepad, that opens in any computer, without any worries, like doesn't run under seven, doesn't run under OS y...

about update that code, i don't think that this will happen. the best thing to do could be develop an new and functional module editor, but the problem is lack of free time to do it. right now, we are aware that autopatcher should be updated to at least have an x64 version, to allow detections that are under the x64 section of windows registry, but that takes an time that we don't have right now :(

Thanks for the reply, Christiano.
This is not a big deal - I just posted the issue thinking that you guys want to add this to your bugs list.
I will build my patch list using a text editor...

it's far more easy in this way. that text editor is too confuse and lacks several options that can be done easily with any text editor
