I've been trying to reach this site for about 2 days now, nothing but timing out, it's as if the site doesn't exist anymore. I know it does because I had started to download the manual (about 7MB) and the latest build of the IDE (about 74MB).
I'm on dialup so I had paused my downloads for a while and now I can't even reach the site with my browser. Maybe someone else will have better luck

sorry, no. that site doesn't load in here too. i can try it by tomorrow, under an 100MB connection. from here, ping doesn't work and tracert dies at 14 264 ms 260 ms 267 ms hos-tr4.ex3k9.rz13.hetzner.de [213.239.224.106]

an good news to you: a few minutes ago, i've tried again that link from yours and i've got the same message about "site isn't loading". 5 minutes later, i've tried again and now it seems to be working

Thanks. I was finally able to download and install CodeBlocks 10.05 with MingGW. CodeBlocks is a free C/C++ IDE, you should check it out
