Hi:

I really liked using the old Autopatcher and when the new version came out I was very happy. It works wonderfully but I hope you would consider giving Autopatcher the option to download updates not specific to the OS it is being run from. I am trying to Get things ready to Autopatch a Windows 7 system and my son has Windows Vista and it would be nice if I could turn off Autodetect so that I could choose what to download like in the old days. Whatever you guys decide Thanks for bringing Autopatcher back to life. It is the greatest!

but you already can do that. apup just auto-select the updates for the OS that you are running by convenience and it's possible check something else that you wish, just hit that box at the left side of the script names

also, under options, there's an "remember selections". if selected, then apup will forget about autodetections and will check by default only the scripts that you already have checked once
