After downloading all the patches I started Autopatcher.
I can see now some items in blue color font and most in black color.
What is the difference?

I understand you have questions but wouldn't it be better to ask in one post rather than a new thread for each question 
Blue is for installed updates, Black is for uninstalled updates. It doesn't matter how the update was installed, AutoPatcher or by Windows / Microsoft, if the update is in the AutoPatcher release and installed on your system it should be detected. You should read thru the pinned topics Here!
