Acrobat Reader Addon 9.4 - English

For those having trouble installing the english reader 9.4 addon, check near the bottom of the apm file and you will see it refers to the italian version. Simply change the file name to the eng-us file name and all is ok.

The [Removal] command looks good if the only difference is the language (1033) reference versus (1046) etc.
