Am having troubles with updating the DotNet addon package. It keeps redownloading the dotnet3.5 file each time I run the updater, this is really starting to peeve me off. It only happens to the folder on my hdd, have the folder set for sharing and allowing for the files to be changed,also set the modules folder the same way. The permissions have been changed on the relevant folders but I always end up with the same result.
Have attached the log file for you to see if its a problem with the script or at my end.
Autopatcher says its an unofficial or unsupported version. My dvd backup is fine for September which is why I'm confused.

this one isn't checked so often due the size of it, but the script looks for this:
Item=.NET Framework 3.5 SP1 Update **WinXP/Vista**

DetectFile=autopatcher:\modules\Components\__dotnet\dotnet3.5_files\dotnetfx35.exe
DetectHash=D481CDA2625D9DD2731A00F482484D86
DownloadFrom=http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/0/e/20e90413-712f-438c-988e-fdaa79a8ac3d/dotnetfx35.exe
DownloadTo=autopatcher:\modules\Components\__dotnet\dotnet3.5_files\dotnetfx35.exe
ExpectedSize=242743296
ExpectedHash=D481CDA2625D9DD2731A00F482484D86

i've downloaded this file a few minutes ago to check and the hash for it is ok. so, the only possibility for it is an issue from your side, like an corrupted download. can you please check the path and md5 for the file that you have? if you have an copy of that dotnetfx35.exe that matches with the expected md5, then you can copy it into that same patch that will solve the problem

Thanks for the help Cristiano.
Problem is now solved, autopatcher is now official.
The md5 checksum on the file I had was wrong, so I googled the md5 expected and found a link to download it from
Cheers
