Does AP identify correctly necessary patch...

I am running an ENGLISH 64bit Win7 but with German regional settings/localization.
When I want to apply the patches with autopatcher.exe then menue and dialogs are in english
but the tree list with available updates and patches has always german entries.
For example it is written:
"Sicherheitsupdate für Windows 7 für x64-basierte Systeme (KB....)2
instead of
"security update for Windows 7 for x64 based systems (KB....)"
Is the german description just a user friendly support or does Autopatcher downloaded and tried to apply a german update onto an english Win7 ?

the updates for windows 7 are the same for all languages, doesn't matter the regional settings. so, the descriptions are just to make easy to make easy to those that doesn't understand english
