Does anyone have a copy of the last Windows 2000 SP4 English script that was available?

I had to re-do all my Autopatcher folders after somehow losing my 8 gig flash drive. (Couldn't lose a 1 gig, nooo, had to be the largest one.) But of course without even the old script being available I had to resort to Version 6.2 of WSUS Offline for Windows 2000 updates.

How different are the filenames for the Italian versions of the updates? Are they the same except for replacing ENU with ITA? If that's the case, how difficult would it be to change the current Italian script, rti and apm files over to English? Having it current through November 9th, 2010 would be perfectly fine for me.

If it has to be run using the local script option, that's fine with me because I'd keep a copy of it elsewhere just in case things get lost again.

if you are talking about the file names, then yes. if you are talking about the update himself, then there's an huge difference

well, the worst part is download all the enu updates. then, with an file renamer, replace all the ITA by ENU. after that, with an tool that find and replace inside certain files, you have to replace all the internals ITA by ENU, like in the UniqueID field. about the FileMD5=, the easiest way is remove the md5 that is in there and replace it by ANY. with that, you will not be required to extract every single update to take the md5. after that, you have to replace SystemLanguage=1040 by SystemLanguage=1033 and, if you wish, edit the tile and descriptions. in a certain way, may be far more easy adapt that script to enu than fix the enu script, because this one is without any kind of maintenance since long ago

at our pms, you will find and command. run apup with that that you will download most of the enu files for 2k. issue: a lot of those downloads are broken, so your release will be unofficial. so, don't mix this script with anything else, ok?
