i'm not sure if it's an bug or just an annoying thing, but if by any reason the DetectHash=945aac5a78c344c67a66270c913f37d9 part of the script has an space after the md5, apup will say this:
Looking for file D:\autopatcher\apupbr\modules\AddOns\__Powertoys_xp_x86\SyncToyPowertoy_xp_x86.apm
MD5 Hashes do NOT match. Expecting 945aac5a78c344c67a66270c913f37d9 , but found 945aac5a78c344c67a66270c913f37d9!!!
but take a look, the m5 is exact the same. only one issue: at the end, it has an space and apup doesn't ignore it. plus, md5 has 32digits. there's no point read less or beyond that. maybe be an nice feature to add this kind of checking. someone may very well copy less digits than should or maybe even add an space at the end...
bug in script md5 check

...but in my autopatcher_xp_x86_enu.script file, the DetectHash is already correct, and it's 170B772FF5E2A2FC0F83B2BF5EAFD84E.

sh1leshk4, yes. but it's irrelevant. also you can see at the right, in group, i also do translations for AutoPatcher. so, if you open that SyncToyPowertoy_xp_x86.apm file with notepad, you will notice that there's 2 lcid in there: 1033 and 1040. in mine, i have those:
Description=The easy to use, customizable application helps you copy, move, rename, and delete files between folders and computers.
also i'm still testing the script ( i don't like put online things that i didn't test a lot), i didn't sent the new modules to erik add in english release. there's kitte a few changes in other modules too. mostly, language issues, but also changes in flash IE, flash not IE and shockwave. long time ago, AutoPatcher has changed to .exe those to save space. in enu, it in msi. difference?
enu: 4512768
ptb: 1523040
if i'm not mistaken, it means that you are downloading almost 3x more than you should. besides, there's another issue that just a few people are aware of. certain devices that are pretty common comes with an free version of Ulead PhotoEditor. i'm not sure if this is a damm bug of Ulead did just here or did around the globe, but to each machine that i come across that have this damm thing installed, none of .msi files work, because Ulead claims to himself those sort of files. you may say that his is just bad luck, but it there's a lot of people that don't look right if a thing was installed or not
but this sort of thing i believe that i should talk to erik.
by the way: i've talked with Antonis last night. he is now aware of this bug
