In which XP SP is KB822603 included?
Its for an USB patch.

Is it included in any SP at all?

I did not found it in Autopatcher List

Hey pstein, looked through the service packs its not in sp3 however found this on the microsoft website which may answer your question.

This update addresses the "Availability of the Windows XP SP1 USB 1.1 and 2.0 Update" issue in Windows XP and is discussed in Microsoft Knowledge Base (KB) Article 822603.
Further investigation turned to be more fruitful however.

The hotfix is included in service pack 2
