Windows 7 (x86) & Windows 7 (x64) (SP0) scripts were removed from the download list due to incompatibility with the Windows 7 (SP1) scripts,
=> The Windows 7 (SP1) scripts are designed to remove all Windows 7 (SP0) updates.

See for yourself, notice the Delete commands are dominant:

The result is a chronic loop of Download - Delete - Re download when users select both (7 SP0) and (7 SP1) scripts or download (7 SP0) and (7 SP1) to the same folder - it doesn't work.

So, if you have Windows 7 (SP0) in your release - Don't select Windows 7 (SP1) and download to the same \modules folder.

Windows 7 (SP1) is the new standard, just like SP3 is for Windows XP. You need to remove your Windows 7 (SP0) releases from \modules if you have everything in one folder.

I have warned against getting used to putting everything into one folder but most users have said it is not an issue - it has always been an issue especially come service pack time - XP had 3, Vista 2, 7 now has 1, the Office releases have had a few as well.

Also, and very important:
=> Since we can't restrict Windows 7 updates to a particular service pack due to code limitations in AutoPatcher => Please do not run the wrong version of AutoPatcher for Windows 7 on the wrong version of Windows 7 OS.

... If you run Windows 7 SP1 use AutoPatcher for Windows 7 SP1
... If you run Windows 7 SP0 (no service pack) use AutoPatcher for Windows 7 - if you have it downloaded.

Unfortunately, I have updates for XP SP3 and 7 SP0 x64 in the same folder; I didn't know they shouldn't be... And I've probably run apup.exe and unwittingly selected Windows 7 (x64) without paying attention to the SP1 part since this script was changed. So what's the best thing to do now? You mention removing all 7 SP0 releases from \modules--how do I identify them? I assume they're the ones with _x64 in the filename? And once I have SP1 installed (I'll have to get a friend to download it, since my bandwidth won't handle it... ) how should I proceed? Should I create a whole new AutoPatcher folder for 7 SP1? Any help would be most apprecited!
