Win7 SP1 64 error

running autopatcher from a Win7 SP1 x86 machine putting updates for both x86 and x64 on separate thumb drives. x86 works, x64 fails.
Tried deleting existing autopatcher x64 files/folders and starting from scratch. Same issue. Worked fine pre SP1 from an x86 machine grabbing both x86 and x64.

Error pops up:

Fixed. Both Seven releases updated.
