After just re-installing Windows 7 64bit and running auto patcher, Windows Update is reporting the following important updates as not being installed:

Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2506014)
Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2524375)
Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2533552)
Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2552343)
Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB971033)
Update Rollup for ActiveX Killbits for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2562937)
Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool x64 - August 2011 (KB890830)

It is also reporting some .Net updates but my autopatcher package excluded that
