Hello Floke,
apup.zip package contains a .cmd file named "hit_this_to_generate_a_log_file_for_apup.cmd".
You should run this .cmd file to generate apup.log file. Later, please, you should post the apup.log file following these instructions:

Bye.

it's likelly that you have checked all the tweaks when deploying the updates. that it's an common mistake and can be easily undone. just unzip the attached files and hit each one, merging it with windows registry. that will undo the most provable cause of that. if you never had any user name into your windows, it's likely that you are running windows with the user Administrator, that us to be hidden, except when the user doesn't create one. if so, when asked for user, type in that field "administrator" (or, for those that aren't running an ENU windows, translate "administrator" into your own language and type it). if you didn't have set an password, then your administrator account doesn't have one. so, just leave that blank. it's possible that you may have to log into your account, look into user accounts, login and choose "show welcome screen", but i'm not sure if that will be required

i will be traveling tomorrow, to clear my head before an surgery that i must do. if that doesn't fix your problem, please say something fast or wait a little longer. i will be back in 7 days or so
