First of all, APUP log must be under code/spoiler tag. Please read this topic.
Your error is not an validation error (XP ENU script works well).
You can read "Description: Failed to connect to host." in your log. Please check your internet connection, your firewall, your anti-virus and, if available, your proxy server.

Cristiano takes a break. I need an help to update all "him" scripts (XP ENU and extras are OK, .Net and some other are not OK).
Can you send me the changelog for .Net release?
Bye.

I see .NET still needs updating. Probably best to wait for the next patch Tuesday to see if anything new is added.
I also noticed NDP40-KB2518870-x86.apm uses the wrong installer (x64 instead of x86) and NDP40-KB2416472-x86.apm is missing KB number in Title.
Another quirk I found is that Autopatcher does not list KB2478663 and KB2518870 even though the .apm and and corresponding files are present in the APUP __dotnet directory. I haven't figured that one out yet.
