Hi, since this a help question, I moved you to the proper area.

It seams on of your downloads has failed due to it being different then what it should be according to the scripts. This unfortunately happens often as Microsoft likes to change the files often, even if its a do nothing change. This in turns makes the script say that the file is not the same. We use MD5 and size checking to make sure what you download is finished/intact when they(Microsoft) make a change to the file it will usually alter both the MD5 checksum as well as the size of the file.

This is why you are having the problem. If you wait 3-4 more days the problem will be fixed OR, If you run APUP with the following command we can help you faster. "apup.exe /log" This will generate a log file and tell us all the things that go on. With the log file it makes we can find out which files are no longer correct and can correct them quickly. When you get the log file copy & paste them in the forum.

I have done a little poking around the Micro$oft site and it seems they have removed that file and replaced it with a 37mb converter pack. Not sure if this one will even be useable with your stuff though. I will leave that up to the script managers to figure out since they know about that kind of stuff.

i think its office converter pack tool, i really need that it help me bit because i have low spec pc which i use office2k/xp/2k3, while using office 2k7 & 2k10 its run slowly & continues crashing on my low spec pc, i don't want to install converter pack individually on a 15 unit pc, so that i can work with office system alternatively (vise-versa).

you cant view/edit or open document created on office 2k7 & 2k10 using office 2k/xp/2k3, if the converter pack is not installed.

thanks for helping me out...

well, i don't know if domenico has the same problem that i had with this one, but i was aware of this problem since several months ago, but i only was able to reach the initial version, not the latest one that shows at ms download page. i'm not sure why, perhaps an problem with some ms mirror, i really don't know. but really, this problem is quite annoing

the main problem: if we can't reach the latest version, we can't fix the script Posted Image and yes, that conveter pack is required to open office 2k7/2k10 files with office 2k3

after several months, i finally was able to reach that file. so:

Item=OCONVPCK.EXE

DetectFile=autopatcher:\modules\OfficeAddons\fileconvert_enu.apm_files\OCONVPCK.EXE
DetectHash=40C3C9289349265246C29407A3CBF19A
DownloadFrom=http://download.microsoft.com/download/9/2/2/9222D67F-7630-4F49-BD26-476B51517FC1/FileFormatConverters.exe
DownloadTo=autopatcher:\modules\OfficeAddons\fileconvert_enu.apm_files\OCONVPCK.EXE
ExpectedSize=38808920
ExpectedHash=40C3C9289349265246C29407A3CBF19A

still, the detection for the module must be set. i'm running office 2010 and that file is useless to me. so, to get the detection working, this file must be installed under an office 2k3

those detections may work:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{90120000-0020-0409-0000-0000000FF1CE}
DisplayVersion
12.0.6514.5001

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\00002109020090400000000000F01FEC
PackageCode
878B06023F115DF4782B1931A77C52EB

problem: i don't have an office 2k3 enu and i've tested it with an localized one. the update works anyway, but i can't be sure about the detection due that
