Hi. I'm new to AutoPatcher and am having an issue I believe because of this error.
Am I suppose to find that script somewhere and edit it as you have mentioned?
Thanks in Advance,

JBird... please run autopatcher with the /log command to give us a log. It would help us determine what is the actual cause of your problem. Then you can post it on here as an attachment using the "more reply options" button.
The script he is referring to is is a script that is downloaded by autopatcher each time you select XP x86 sp3. You can manually download the script using the link he provided and make the changes or wait till domenico gets time to edit the script. He is a busy man with RL things to do. I don't have access to upload to that area though, I might think about getting it so I can make minor changes like these.

Hi Again.
Here is what I am getting.
I can't get the log file to show in the spoiler.
I tried all of this inside the spoiler tags:
log = apup.log = C:\apup
log = apup.log = C:\apup\
log = apup.log = C:\apup\apup.log
log = C:\apup\apup.log
log=apup.log=C:\apup
log=apup.log=C:\apup\
log=apup.log=C:\apup\apup.log
log=C:\apup\apup.log
What am I doing wrong with this inside spoiler?
I edited the scipt above like was told I could try then saved it as xp_sp3_enu.rti.
Then I executed apup selecting first 3 options and the Autopatcher for Windows XP sp3 (x86) option.
I received same error as in log, because it downloaded and overwrote my changes to xp_sp3_enu.rti file.
So I tried, not selecting the first three options and just the Autopatcher for Windows XP sp3 (x86) option.
I'm sure you guys know that that downloads the xp_sp3_enu.rti file from the AutoPatcher servers, so it overwrote my file.
How can I execute apup with my modified xp_sp3_enu.rti file?
Would I do something like this from a command prompt?
apup C:\apup\xp_sp3_enu.rti
Thanks.

@JBird4378
I helped my friend with the dead link issue yesterday, you're making things a bit more troublesome for yourself - I'll try to help.
What you need to do is download the file from the second link (Good link) and drop it in the proper folder. Microsoft changed the file name and so the first link (Dead link), the one in the script became null (404ed). The script will get edited to point to the correct file, until then, do it manually. These edits are common, links get updated, no big deal
Dead link (404) - http://download.micr...S-KB2564958.exe
Good link - http://download.micr...958-x86-ENU.exe
You need to drop the correct file, from the Good link, in the following folder - \modules\Critical\WindowsXP-KB2564958-x86-ENU.apm_files - the folder should be in the \Critical section of the AutoPatcher release. Pay attention, put the correct file in the correct folder or the release will be Unofficial.
Post #3 is a bit vague about what you were asked to do, I guess edit the script and then run it locally. Renaming the script and replacing the original rti file is not what you were asked to do, a .script and .rti do not function the same so renaming a script will not work.
Posting a log file is pretty easy, you want to run APUP with logging, then copy the text from the log file and paste it in Spoiler - you don't need to attach the log file to your post - see http://www.autopatch...-apup-log-file/ & http://www.autopatch...es-please-read/
Once you've dropped the correct file in the correct folder - I gave you the location above - rerun APUP and select "Updater", "Engine", and "XP SP3 English" - hopefully your release is Official, if not post the log file
What you want to see is Files to be Downloaded: 0 and no errors.

@gUiTaR_mIkE
Issue Solved.
@ViroMan
No problem. I should have known to just run that script. I'm not really that new, I don't know why I overlooked that.
Thank You both.
So, you guys can see the original apup.log, here it is:
