cant route video on autopatch modula(component)

error code eff 8002

I have 4 autopatch modula component switches that i select level,input and outputs then nothing happens and i get eff 8002 which i believe is a timed out code.Can someone help? i kinda remember a reset procedure or setting that needs done to correct this issue.I have original documentation book but cant find anything to help.

I don't know if im miss reading this or something but, can you clarify your problem?

I press the change button,then press the input button followed by an input number,then press the output button followed by an output number then press the take button and nothing happens then a few seconds later the eff 8002 code appears on the lcd window.

I am wondering if anyone has found a solution to this problem. I am experiencing the same problem.

wait... I still have no idea what the issue is. Is there some kind of error that pops up? Take a picture of it if there is and post it here. What change button is there?

eff 8002 signal issues = wrong forum
