Office 2003 Email

I have Office 2003 Pro w/SP3 installed.
Started Autoptacher and selected Microsoft Office 2003 > Update for Outlook Junk Email Filter 2003 (December '07) and > Update for Outlook 2003 (KB943649). Indication was that both installed but a restart of AutoPatcher still showed them listed in black indicating not installed.
The Office update site does not list a requirement for either.
At the Office update web page selecting Show Installed Office Updates > Installed Updates has many Email filters listed. Went through the list and found (KB943591) dated December 2007 installed. Checked the AutoPatcher modules and this is a match.
Also found listing that (KB943649) was installed so why does AutoPatcher not agree that both are already installed?
Some kind of detection error/problem?
