autopatcher.com server was down or not available fom 10-15 minutes.

Run APUP2 and check the log file it generates.
Or run the older apup with /log
if you don't want to read the log just post it here and we will see whats failing.

I encountered the same error with apup2.exe
Here's the log:

DJmiller can you give the whole log? I think you missed the part where it says why the download failed.
The reason it skipped the AfterDownload action is that the download failed in some way... bad size or bad md5.
