The freeze on updates if over which means something special is needed. I present to you AutoPatcher for Windows 2003 (x86) is now live on APUP.

Next up, the Office Addon Pack.

Thanks for that,
I ran my existing apup v1.03
It downloaded the new Server 2003 info file, followed by the hotfixes.
I then ran autopatcher and it updated my machine successfully.
After rebooting I used hotfixchk to check that all hotfixes are applied.
Success!
