What I can restore a normal network sharing by NetBios.
Maybe is some patch, script or register entry.
Belowed solution from FAQ not works.

5) Networking problems after using AutoPatcher
Probably caused by the IPC$ security tweak. Run AutoPatchers tweakundo tool located in the \Tools directory, and undo the tweak.
This tweak is highly recommended for security reasons which is why im reluctant to remove it, but it can interfere with networking, so undo it if you have trouble.

Please Help me. :(

run autopatcher again. select the tweak that you think that did the issue. right click it. now, select "uninstall"

before i forget, you know that all installed tweaks are marked in blue, right? so, the easiest thing to do is just run ap, select those tweaks that may do this issue, like disable admin shares, etc right click, uninstall.

So what do you do if you don't have the "tweak undo" application in the tools folder and the uninstall application deletes the contents of your autopatcher folder...

is there any other way to undo this networking lockdown...

Does anybody have any help for what TrueTenacity said in terms of not having the undo tool and you simply don't know which one the 30 updates installed caused the issue:

I have lost functionality for Windows Live One Care, Windows Live Mesh and Windows Mobile Device Center and M$ support for One Care could not help and they have referred me on to Vista support but now that I found this is possibly caused by something AP. it would be great to get a resolution. The symptoms I have are that RDP through Windows Live Mesh works but the status of each of my two computers is wrong because each machine cannot "see" the other, same issue with OneCare and for Mobile Device Center, I cannot connect/sync my WM6 phone anymore.

Thanks in advance!
