When I run AutoPatcher, get this.

that is damn weird.... try updating with apup again then use ap.

If they are properly named apup should have detected and re-downloaded them. Here... I have attached a zip file...extract it into your apup dir and run it. It will remove all APM files. Run APUP again to download new apm files and see if AP still shows blanks.

Yes, deleteAPMs works for me. Now, AutoPatcher works normally.
