Well it was already in... just not enabled. I have enabled it and it should be working. If someone said something that helped you, Rate it up so that others can know that post was helpful. Of course those in power are not allowed to vote on posts.

This is, for the time being, temporary. I am not really sure we need it anyways but, I thought if it helps people spot the posts that are particularly helpful it would be alright to give it a whirl.

There is a limit to the amount you can rate up per day too, of course. I will not divulge the amount though.
