Anyways... since you ran AP with verbose... can you post the log?

The log shows that your missing several files from .NET script and 2 from Java x64. Did you ever look to see if you could find this file G:\Win 7_X64 AutoPatcher\modules\windows_seven_x64.apm? Attached is the copy I have in my modules dir. Unzip this and put it where yours should be to see if this fixes your problem. If it still shows same issue, you can edit the apm in notepad and change [OperatingSystem]
Strange that you can run an older version of AP but, not the newer one.
