Looked into the April 2012 Update for Root Certificates, can supply the following for WinXP.
The file requires windows validation before downloading (it did for manual dl)

My bad for leaving the comma in size.

Done heaps of searching but no luck for Vista, Win 7 so tried the link posted by TechDud and downloaded the files from there.

Ater reading it appears that same file appears to be common to all Windows versions.
