Fresh Install has APUP Error

I keep getting a popup error between each file apup is downloading.

if I remember right... that is a "cannot connect" error. I can't tell for sure since I don't have my computer and the source code in front of me. try checking if your firewall/anti-virus is blocking the connection.

THe files were downloading fine. I get this error when using the batch file to log apup. This is where the error is coming from. I did a fresh start again of APUP and I don't get the error unless I run the batch file. After this run, I will try running the batch file again. It could be that it just needs to be ran as an admin with 7x64. I will let you know the results.

The batch file that comes with apup right? Here are some tips that may solve this.
Don't run apup from the desktop or even any directory on the desktop.
Make sure you are running apup from an account with admin rights or have given apup admin rights.
Not a good idea to run apup from a network drive or a full / write protected usb stick.
