trying to setup ccleaner pplication on windows xp sp 3 gave following error

NSIS Error

@give... for your VC++ try downloading the vc++ redist release in apup and then install the updates thats matches your system either x86 or x64.
Let it be know that with x64 the x86 updates may also be required.

Your other question cannot be answered here as not part of the apup application
