Hello.
I need to update my friend's PC. He got Windows 7 Home Premium and no internet access. Is AutoPatcher a software what will download all required updates from my PC (SP1 too) and allow me to install them on my friend's PC? Because I'm just no sure about AutoPatcher and I want to get some knowledge about it.
Sorry for my english and thanks for advance.

Welcome to the forums.
Autpoatcher will download all the updates that are needed for your friend's PC.
Service Pack 1 is NOT included in autopatcher and as such needs to be downloaded seperately.
You will need to download the autopatcher updater which you find at the top of the forum page, unzip to a location on your hdd and run the updater, selecting the top 2 selections....once this has been downloaded and run then you are ready to download what you need.
open you apup folder and run..hit_this_to_generate_a_log_file_for_apup.cmd.
This will display the releases list.....select what you need it is advisable not only select a couple at a time, so for you would consider the following

Win 7 SP1(x86 or x64) depending on the OS
Common Modules
Extras Addon Pack

Download these and once done click finish

Then download whatever else you may need....Once finished with the downloading then you can transfer this to whatever portable media you use.
A suggestion if you want to use a USB Drive or DVD/CD media is that you remove the files with the .rti extension (this will make the release unofficial) as this will speed up autopatcher.

Hope this helps you out

Oh, and one more thing. Where are these updates saved? How to install them on the second PC?

Probably the best solution would be for you to download what is needed to your computer and then copy everything to a flash drive. Plug the flash drive into your friends computer and run AutoPatcher from it.

yes... you use the autopatcher.exe to install all the updates.
Your log file shows that the errors are small errors that can be ignored. They are just changed versions of the files that have not been updated in the script to recognize them yet. They are still valid and work though.
