What happens if I run AP on a german/russian/spanish Win7?

As far as I can see AP downloads some stuff but does not install it (all) ?

Does AP only download & install language independent updates/patches?

Are there language dependent AP versions?

Hello,
in AutoPatcherUpdater, you can found multi-language releases and localized releases.
APUP GUI has 3 columns: Release Name, Language and Date.
Language field has the answer for your question:
  • Italian/English/Brasilian: localized releases
  • All: multi-language releases
You can download any release on your PC, but you can install only multi-language release (e.g. Windows 7) or localized release in your language.

Bye.

Ok, thank you but my "Language" column conatins only
"All" = multilanguage"
"English"
"Italian"

I miss rows with
"German"
"Russian"
"Spanish"

Where can I download localized AP versions with these entries?

Updates for Windows 7 are language independent and work for all languages. When using apup you can see windows 7 says "ALL" under language. Apup doesn't use language files to easier for other languages to read but, its thankfully simple to use.

When in AutoPatcher it will display in your detected native language IF it has the translation file. It seems that AP does not have the translation files for those languages. If you would like to help you can help create those files by going to THIS LINK and downloading the template. Then change the text to your targeted language.
