The last two months Microsoft Pushed out hotfixes for Windows 7 but does not say what it fixes. I click on the link and got not found. Does anyone know what was fixed?

Each link is for each month. August had several Security Bulletins released(8).
Click on each SB in the links above and search for windows 7 and you can see the fixes.
