Now that I have working test scripts for Windows XP x86 and x64, and done intensive testing and editing on the three more scripts.
These are Windows Vista x86 ,Windows 7 x86 and Windows 7 x64. Also available is a testing script for Common Modules as the detections for Windows Update Agent didn't work in Windows XP x64, have made an adjustment and now is detected correctly and detects as installed.

Please remember to made a backup of your current APUP directory before trying out any of the scripts. Unzip the archived batch files into your apup and run as normal.
Will attach each release seperately so you only download whichever you wish to test.
Please report any errors and state what Operating System the errors occurred in.
Please note that if any errors with Windows 7 x86,x64 will need another to confirm as do not use 7 here.....Vista and XP only.

Win7 32bit Ultimate w/SP1

AutoPatcher > Windows 7 x86 > - Component Updates: NO submenu - items missing?

Win7 64bit Ultimate w/SP1

AutoPatcher > NO Windows 7 x64 listing

List of available items has:
Microsoft Windows - Critical Updates
Microsoft Windows - Non critical updates
Microsoft Windows - Updated Components
Microsoft Office Addons
Microsoft Windows - Addons

Went back and checked - running Win_7_x64.bat > almost straight to Finished; NO Windows 7 x64 folder created under \modules.

Thanks for the report DesertJerry, and since I do not have Windows 7 so as no way of testing will leave them alone for now and just work on the Windows XP x86 and x64 releases...Something is amiss and don't have inclination to find out why.....
Sp please no more testing of the Windows 7 test scripts
Have removed the links to the test releases and later today will pull the folders from my dropbox

Thanks
