Looked through the forums and seem to be getting conflicting information.
I am have several Windows 2003 servers that I want to use AutoPatcher on.
Just what all do I need? I have read that all I need is APUP and other places that I also need AutoPatcher.exe
I have APUP but get a Runtime error of 0 if I try and use it on either Windows 2003 or Windows XP.
Do I also need AutoPatcher.exe and if so, where do I download it (for Windows 2003)?

In your case, you need to open APUP and choose both both "AutoPatcher Engine" and AutoPatcher for Windows 2003 (x86). After downloading everything, the downloader might get stuck a couple of times, run Autopatcher.exe in order to install the updates.

Basically:
APUP.exe = Download new/updates AutoPatcher modules from our servers plus MS updates Microsoft.
AutoPatcher.exe = When you want to install these updates on your servers.
