Strange behavior with the latest versions of apup - started with YIKES errors caused by an old ssubtmr6.dll. After fixing that, it still dosn't seem to be updating itself properly - so I am attempting a brand new clean installation in a new folder.

Apup.exe won't download ANY files for Windows XP SP3 x86 English (20 Dec 2012) - just a quick blink of the screen and it finishes without apparently doing anything at all. No .rti file, no modules folder. When you run Autopatcher.exe, that module (of course) dosn't appear in the list of things it will be updating. All the other modules seem to work properly (Common Modules, Extras, .NET).

This is probably unrelated, but there is some kind of problem with the "Original XP Registry Tweaks" - you always get a "verification failed" error the FIRST time you run apup.exe but never again unless you re-start from scratch...

Thanks for any assistance!

Regarding the main list.

The XP script doesn't exist... http://www.autopatch...20121220.script
The windows_tweaks.apm file has a bad size, its 1122 not 1087

Windows XP x86 script can be downloaded from releases2.list

The reason it is located here is that for 1/. it's not signed and 2/. awaiting validation all is clear from the members

@_def_x_ -- noted the error with the windows tweaks apm... my bad !! Sorry
