I am new to using autopatcher and it seems a very good idea for this app that you might think about adding 7-zip
to the list of installations whether it is a standalone or other method is your choice, i notice you use it for the
compression of files in autopatcher so why not incorperate it into this.

Well... technically we did install it on your computer. lol If you go into the apup_bin dir you will see 7za.exe with its support files. That is the command line version of 7zip. 
I get what your saying and I did think of the same thing. I was thinking of adding it to the list of admin tools but, that script went south.
