Seriously, once the conversion is complete I can program much faster and with better tools. Ever since switching to VB6 I am figuratively just crawling on my hands and knees programming this stuff. Programming in VB .NET seems much faster. There is so much that can be done with one command that would take paragraphs of code. I have cut out a several sections of code already.
On a plus note, I think I will try to get the .NET version of apup to include a nice tree view for the downloads. For those who have noticed... its getting cluttered. Things will have a single level category similar to AP. All XP updates will be under one name... "AutoPatcher for Windows XP", all Adobe updates will be under "AutoPatcher for Adobe" and so on. Although I might drop the words "AutoPatcher for" and substitute some other words, they seem redundant.
