FYI -- Information on the downloads from MS website
The System Update Readiness Tool can help fix problems that might prevent Windows updates and service packs from installing. For example, an update might not install if a damaged system file prevents the update from recognizing the version of Windows that's running on your computer.

While I have seen a few commnets about users having slow connections I wonder how many are AutoPatcher users and whether or not they are really 'stuck' with slow connections; my guess is - not many.
Plus, I'm not sure we should be limiting what Autopatcher and APUP provide or accomplish here because out there people are limited by their connection speed; that's just limiting progress and improvements.

Once AP2 is done we can dump as much stuff as we want into it and YOU can select what gets downloaded individually with more micro management.
