Autopatcher removed all my program links f...

After running AutoPatcher_WinXP_May07_x86_ENU_Core.exe all my program links in the start menu root folder are gone and left 1 link that goes to the Desktop.
Please help me reverse this?

How many links did you have and where exactly did you store them? AP has the ability to delete Recent Documents but I don't think that tweak, if you choose it, would result in what happened.
Typically something is deleted from your local computer and the recycle bin, it's gone forever. (some exceptions of coarse) Can't you just re-create the shortcuts on your start menu????
