1.When I choose my updates on APUP,
AutoPatcher Updater 1.0.4
AutoPatcher Engine 5.6.81
is ticked by default.IS this two necessary for the update(the installation with autopatcher.exe)?
2.After I tick an update(e.g. AutoPatcher for Windows Xp(x86)),do I still need to check the 2 updates above? Thanks!

Yes, you will need them both (if you're up to date, it won't download anything, so don't worry.)

Hi everyone,
One question.
Is there any way I can install the Updates ONLY without RE-FETCHING or DOWNLOADING from Microsofts webiste??
Because It would take extra time to wait for the FETCHING OF FILES...
Can I actually have the these updates install ONLY without re-downloading them again?
If this is possible to do (without fetching the files), then please explain the steps on how to burn these on CD since I already installed the patches just now.
This question is only for if I need to reinstall XP....

If I understand correctly: you downloaded apup, downloaded the updates and installed the patches and now you want to have a way of repeating this process without the download part on another computer of you or when you want to reinstall windows?
The only thing you need to do is to burn the whole folder where you have put autopatcher in to a cd. Copy the folder to the computer you want to download and run autopatcher.exe again.
Everytime you use apup, it will check what you already have and only download those updates you need. So once you have downloaded it once, the other updates will be minor.
EDIT: I just found out that you asked the same question in a different topic, so let's close this one and answer your question in your own topic.

Ok. I will try my best to explain again.
Right now, I have all the security updates installed (from Autopatcher). Thats OK...
But my question is, which folders or files do I really need in order to ONLY intall the Updates and Patches that I already have onto a CD-R if I want to avoid waiting again for it to download or re-fetch the updates when I re-install Windows? (Just incase I have to)
The only files that I see right now are the following:
APUP_bin (Folder)
APUP.exe
Modules (Folder)
and some other folders or files...cant remember...
and...
Autopatcher.exe..(which was created when I ran APUP.EXE)
I need to know which ones put onto a CD in order for me to ONLY install and NOT wait again for the downloading part....which takes extra time...
Many thanks again.

Once the files are downloaded, install them using Autopatcher.exe as many times as you like.

Ok, still lost..sorry.
Is it better to just create myself a folder named Autopatcher and add the following files to it?
AUTOPATCHER.EXE
APUP.EXE
APUP.BIN
MODULES
and etc..... And bur that folder onto a CD??? WIll this be easier?
