Repeated installation of all patches

Downloaded and installed newest version. After initial run, I used apup to download Office 2007 modules not initially selected.

I then synced the local system folder containing AutoPatcher to a network share on a NAS. I used the Microsoft SyncToy app to perform the sync in "echo" (copy from local to NAS only) mode.

Upon second invocation of AutoPatcher, the app is reinstalling every patch!

What's up with that?

Are you sure it is reinstalling every patch?
The second time I used autopatcher I thought it indeed did reinstall every patch but later I realised it didn't :)

The second time you ran the program, did you noticed that a lot of patches were written in blue? Those were already installed and will not be reinstalled. They can be uninstalled and then reinstalled but autopatcher will not reinstall every patch every time.

Easy way to check: How long did the second run last in comparison with the first run? Normally a lot shorter
