Any ideas? I still am unable to resolve this,

Sorry about not getting back to you. Since you are using Windows 2K make sure you have the VB runtime files installed. Run vbrun60sp6.exe from the win9xnt folder.

Unfortunately this did not fix the issue, same error :S

I am open to any suggestions.
