Hi, is there a way I can extract the content of APF files?
There are some autopatcher registry tweaks I want to send to a friend (on a slow connection) and he doesn't really need (or want) the whole autopatcher package.

those files are just .reg files renamed. if you wish, you may rename that back again to .reg and it will works, if your friend double click those files
