hi, good day to you. Its really happy to see you back. I like AutoPatcher so much, it help me save lots of time updating my pc. great work.... but I face a problem now....

I've try APUP 1.0.4 to download all packs for Windows XP English incl. AddOns. After a while I got the errors message:
Invalid download(s): One or more failes verification. Would you like to continue at your own risk? If I select 'Yes' I will get this 'uz' : unknown header
I even try just download only AutoPatcher Engine 5.6.81 alone, I will get the same message too but I have no problem with downloading just only AutoPatcher Updater 1.0.4 alone. can anyone tell me how to solve this problem? or is it possible to download AutoPatcher just like before or any other link to download them? Thanks a million.....

When you get the UZ unknown header error, this typically means that the modules didn't download from our site for some reason.

Go ahead and run apup.exe /log which apup.log will be created. Then post the log to this thread. It's going to be a long one.

I have the same problem,all the downloads are incorrect,each file is smaller than it should be

I'll be honest psyche08, I"m not sure what is causing the DISCONNECTED error. I believe that you are the forth person to report this error which I haven't been able to figure out what is up. If I talk to Antonis who's the main programmer, would you be willing to troubleshoot with him?

Maybe there are some conflicts between autopatcher and visual studio 2005
If I installed vs2005,the APUP will show this error

I'm going to keep on testing this. I just installed VS2005 Express with all the options and so far I wasn't able to re-produce this error.

If anybody has any information on this error and how to re-produce it, please post it in this thread. I want to finally get rid of this bug.

This is the exact "disconnected" error that is currently a mystery. Can you list what you have running on your computer in the background? Perhaps there's something in common that the other "disconnected" error users are receiving.

could it be download manager? don't mind can you tell me how to list down the program running on the computer in the background? I will try it with another pc tomorrow, I just formatted the system, have not install anything yet. Thanks a lot....

I'm suspecting that this might be the possible culprit. Every time I load another local and run APUP, my system automatically switches back to EN. Could everybody else try the above configuration to confirm if this is the issue?

I just solve the problem. Suspect this is a programs bug that cause by Unicode. the calculation of file size error so that force "Disconnect" although the file was not complete downloaded.

I hope below solution can solve you problem.
1. open Control Panel
2. run Regional and Language Option.
3. Click at Advanced
4. Change the Language for Non-Unicode Programs to "English-United State"
5. Restart PC.
