Hello,

So I am trying out AP for the first time, looks great and exactly what I need.

However, everytime I launch apup.exe I get the error "Error fetching release list"

I have tried at different times in different locations but get the same thing. Am I doing something wrong?

First question: Are you running APUP behind some kind of corporate firewall/proxy?

Thanks for the replies, and yes each site is behind a proxy firewall so that answers my question

Doing the downloads from home so not a problem - great bit of software

I"m having the same issue behind a corporate firewall, but what i can't figure out is why netstat shows a connection to "myhostserver.com:http SYN_SENT" when i try to get the release list. I'd like to figure that out before i ask to get autopatcher.com whitelisted.
