Error Code: 0x153: Component 'COMCTL32...

I'm getting the following error attempting to run autopatcher.exe on Windows Vista Ultimate. I don't have a fancy configuration or anything that I can think that would upset the program.
I've attempted to run regsvr32 but this made no difference.
Please let me know if I should post any other information.
Hopeing someone knows how to fix this problem,
