Incomplete Download when using Traditional...

Hi. I'm new to Auto Patcher. I've encountered a problem when updating Auto Patcher.
The OS I'm using is Windows XP (English).
I'm from Hong Kong and I set the "Language for non-Unicode programs" in Regional and Language Option to Chinese (Taiwan) for better computability.
I encountered the problem of incomplete download, just like these two guys.

More than ten tries (each with fresh installation of APUP), but still the same problem.
After switching the language for non-Unicode program to English (US), everything goes fine.
I can now update Auto Patcher and get the correct files.
This shows that the download process could be unusually interrupted when using certain languages as the "Language for non-Unicode programs", such as Chinese (Taiwan).
Please fix this bug. Thank you.
