Missing Tweak

I've been looking for a tweak or registry hack that will change the Start Menu user name to Username on Computername. e.g. "Bob on Engineering1"
I am not looking to change the "My Computer" icon label.

I thought this was available as a tweak in an earlier version of Autopatcher. I may be mistaken. Was this an optional tweak? If so, is there any information on how to implement this manualy. Registry hack, utility etc.?
